Full-Stack Engineering. Under One Roof.

Invocon develops, tests, and deploys precision engineering solutions for aerospace, defense, and research programs combining analog, digital, software, and mechanical disciplines in a single integrated team.

[ Systems Engineering ]

Multidisciplinary Engineering Expertise

Invocon maintains a staff of engineers ranging from mechanical engineers to electrical engineers to software engineers. Our personnel are multi-disciplinary, capable of working with physics, chemistry, analog design, and digital design.

Analog Design

Designing reliable interfaces between the physical world and digital systems through advanced signal conditioning and analog circuitry.

Digital Design

Developing intelligent embedded solutions using microcontrollers, programmable logic, and high-performance computing platforms.

Software Design

Firmware, embedded OSes, desktop applications, and mobile UIs, the software layer that turns flight hardware into mission-ready systems.

Mechanical Design

Designing rugged enclosures and structures for extreme environments, including high-shock and high-temperature conditions.

[ Fabrication & Manufacturing ]

Built In-House

Invocon develops, manufactures, tests, and deploys every product internally. Technicians and quality personnel are trained to NASA-STD-8739, J-STD-001 (Space Addendum), and IPC-A-610 (Space Addendum), the certifications that govern flight-qualified hardware production.

Our processes comply with industry-recognized standards including:

  • NASA-STD-8739
  • J-STD-001 Space Addendum
  • IPC-A-610 Space Addendum

We also provide turnkey build-to-print manufacturing services.

[ From Concept to Deployment ]

Our Development Process

Our integrated development process ensures every system is carefully designed, built, and validated for reliable real-world performance.

Design

Requirements, architecture, analysis, and development. From mission profile to system spec.

Build

Fabrication, assembly, integration, and prototyping. NASA-STD and IPC-trained technicians.

Test

Verification, qualification, and validation. Thermal, vibration, EMI/EMC, system-level.

[ TESTING & QUALIFICATION ]

Built for Demanding Environments

Invocon performs environmental, electrical, and system-level testing in-house — thermal, vibration, EMI/EMC, and beyond. When customer requirements exceed in-house capabilities, we partner with qualified external labs to ensure full coverage of the test profile.

[ Mission Support & Quality ]

Supporting Mission Success

01

Flight Support

Invocon works side-by-side with customer teams to support testing, launch preparation, and mission operations — from remote field locations to mission control environments.

02

RCC-319 / Range Safety Support

Invocon provides range safety planning and coordination support related to RCC-319 tailoring processes and Flight Termination System applications. Multiple Invocon products, including the 0.74 Ah and 3.2 Ah Smart Batteries, have been tested and qualified for FTS deployments.

03

Quality Assurance

Invocon maintains an AS9100D-compliant quality management system. Personnel are trained and, where required, certified for the work they perform — making personnel qualification a core part of quality, not just process compliance.

[ Customer Testing Services ]

Environmental Testing Services

Invocon’s environmental testing equipment supports both internal and customer-provided products. The facility includes multiple thermal chambers for temperature qualification, and a single large vibration table that supports most launch profiles for avionics and data acquisition systems used in current missile and rocket applications.
